Community Resources, Inc. a local nonprofit organization is looking for a Program Manager/LSW to facilitate new program development and work closely with government agencies as well as coordinate with other service providers in the area. This position is grant funded through September 2010 with a possibility of being extended or contracted. Must be a licensed social worker, counselor or psychologist with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services Field. Require three years post-grad work experience with families, one of which must be in staff supervision. Experience providing socially necessary services is preferred. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and able to work with minimal supervision. Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as travel, including out-of-state or overnight trips may be required.
