Simonton Windows, one of the nation’s largest fabricators of replacement and new construction windows, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Simex team in St. Marys, WV. The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of people, equipment and materials to achieve production objectives, which will result in the production of quality products, on time and complete. As Production Supervisor, one must be able to meet production requirements while maintaining efficiency and ensuring a quality result.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree. A minimum of three years of supervisory experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment, is also required. Background in extrusion processes is strongly desired; Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing and JIT processes is a plus.
